SANDY TOES BEACH HOUSE Weekly Rental Rates:

High Season is July and August.  During these months we have a seven night minimum.  Below is our rental rates for our 3 bedroom Sandy Toes Beach House during this period. Please contact us with your vacation plans and we will be happy to confirm availability and the rental rate.

RENTAL RATE RANGE:   $2,700 Per Week (Monthly Rate Upon Request)
SECURITY DEPOSIT (Required): $400 REQUIRED
CLEANING FEE (Required): $150 per week
CENTRAL AIR: Included in Rental Rate

LAST MINUTE or LESS THEN 7 NIGHTS: CONTACT US FOR PRICING 
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CLEANING FEE REQUIRED

Please note that we have disabeling allergies and do not allow smoking or animals. Also for safety reasons we limit our occupancy and require a signed rental agreement. Similar to a hotel, a credit card will need to be on file as part of the rental agreement. Payment schedule is 50% at time of booking with remainder due 60 days prior to occupancy. Off Season Rental Rates:

During the fall and spring months,  we do sometimes rent weekly as well as long weekends (3 night minimum).  Please contact us for availability and pricing.
