Our updated Sandy Toes beach house has extra family space with a Living Room PLUS the bonus of a family room. Updated with whole house CENTRAL AIR lets you enjoy the water views from inside or out.  
Enjoy a good book upstairs overlooking the water while a Disney Movie plays downstairs.   

Early risers can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the news without the worry of waking anyone.

Both the living room and family room have a 50" TV -- use them both -- or not at all. 

We Hate To Admit It But
. . . BATHS ARE IMPORTANT

and we  have two of them -- INSIDE! which is unusual for most shoreline homes.  Outside showers are great for after the beach ... but how long do you want to wait to brush your teeth or use the toliet? 

To keep the sand out of the house and off the kids, we make beach clean off easy with a hand held shower on our deck -- making it super easy to shower off the salt and sand. Simply rinse and step inside.

Latimer Point is on Fisher Island Sound which abuts the Atlantic Ocean.  Daily ocean currents keep our water fresh and clear. In fact, our water is clear enough for snorkeling and unlike other areas, our beaches and clam beds are always open.

LATIMER REEF LIGHT ... built 1804

While its official name is Latimer Reef Light, many of us feel that it is really Latimer Point's Lighthouse as it is easily seen from our shore and beaches.  With a lighthouse view, fog horns, and beacons, you will definitely know you are at the shore during your vacation at Latimer Point!
